The EMW Soccer refund policy is as follows:

• 100% refund if you notify the registrar by phone or email on or before July 15th.
• 50% refund if you notify the registrar by phone or email from July 16th through July 31st.
• No refunds August 1 or after.

  The EMW Soccer board takes great care in choosing coaches and trying to create well-balanced teams.

•  Siblings are placed together on the same team.
•  Children are placed with their parent coach.
•  Although we consider requests to be placed with friends/ extended relatives, we do not guarantee any requests. 
• Refunds will not be given because requests were not granted nor because a child does not like his/her team or coach.
